FENG SHUI AND A HEALTHY HOME

The spaces we inhabit have a soul. The soul makes each house special, it is the sensation it transmits when you enter, it is its personality and it is related to the people who live in it.

WHAT DOES FENG SHUI BRING?

Feng Shui is a discipline of oriental origin that helps to improve the spaces we live in.

It is inspired by the principles of yin and yang, the theory of the 5 natural elements (fire, earth, metal, water and wood) and their influence on energy flows.

5 elements of Feng Shui

OBSERVATION

The observation of the environment for centuries has resulted in a set of guidelines with which to work in order to enhance and improve spaces and, consequently, also improve on a personal level.

This observation provides some common characteristics in homes designed according to Feng Shui: They avoid accumulating unnecessary objects, they look for luminosity and ventilation, especially in the entrance. They delimit the energies of the bathroom and avoid their connection with the entrance. Beds always have a headboard and are placed away from windows and doors…

Feng Shui attaches great importance to the characteristics of the terrain, such as the presence of groundwater, as well as the materials used: these must be natural, must not pollute the environment and, consequently, the people who live there.

It helps us to surround ourselves with what makes us feel good: if we take care of our spaces, we take care of ourselves.

BAGUA AND ENERGY

The energies that nourish a house, office or any living space, are based on their orientation and year of birth, and mark the energetic pattern that influences in one way or another the people who inhabit them.

The Bagua Map represents the energetic plane of the home and helps to define its elements, both positive and negative.

The map is divided into nine areas that correspond to the different vital aspects of our life: wealth, love, reputation, health, creativity, knowledge, career, people and self.

Nurturing healthy spaces in which we can grow and thrive on an individual and collective level will help us connect with ourselves, our environment and improve our health and wellbeing.
